Sarah is Dr. Parkins’ nurse both in the operating room and in the clinic. Sarah will be part of your journey with Parkins Plastic Surgery every step of the way! From your consult appointment, to surgery, to your post-operative follow ups, Sarah takes pride in providing you with compassionate and knowledgeable care. When she isn’t working Sarah loves to cook, read, exercise, and knit. She especially loves to spend time outdoors with her husband, son, and dog.

Nichole Larson, BSN RN, is our highly skilled nurse injector at Parkins Plastic Surgery. Nichole graduated with her BSN from Alverno College in 2011.  Nichole has 11 years’ experience working in ER/Trauma/Critical Care which overlapped during her transition into Aesthetics/Plastic Surgery in 2020.

Nichole has attended and completed extensive advanced trainings with world-renowned injectors and trainers that are experts in the field of aesthetics. Nichole is excited to welcome and develop trusting relationships with her patients. She prides herself on listening to each patient’s individual goals and expectations to develop a safe and aesthetically pleasing treatment plan to help clients look and feel more confident

With over 8 years of experience, Caitlin specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments including Sciton Forever Young BBL, Sciton Halo Laser Resurfacing, laser therapies, SkinPen Microneedling, HydraFacial MD, anti-aging treatments, corrective chemical peels, and PRP. She is devoted to seeking out the most effective technologies and treatments to deliver the best possible results for her patients. Caitlin takes a comprehensive approach, focusing on the overall health and well-being of the skin. She customizes each in-office treatment to address multiple concerns while also educating patients on how to care for their skin at home. Her goal is to provide both immediate improvements and long-term corrective solutions.

Monica Moser is an experienced registered nurse of 25 years with BLS/ACLS certification. She has been a peri-operative nurse for 17 of those years, working with patients of all ages. She is competent in a wide variety of peri-operative specialties. However, she came to specialize in plastic surgery exclusively over the past five years. She enjoys being a plastic surgery nurse, providing care in all three phases of the surgical patient: pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative. She loves being part of the surgical team supporting a cosmetic change that will have a positive impact on a patient’s self-esteem and allow him or her to live a more happy and healthy life.

Elyse is a valued member of the Parkins Plastic Surgery team, serving as the patient care coordinator for Dr. Parkins. You will see her warm smile and welcoming spirit when you visit our office. She has a wealth of experience in customer service and has been in the healthcare industry for six years. She graduated from Waukesha County Technical College in 2017 where she got her certification in Health Unit Coordinating. She loves educating patients throughout every step of their aesthetic journey and aims for a seamless experience from beginning to end. She cherishes being part of each patient’s unique and exciting journey to being the best version of themselves. In her free time, she loves to cook, sing, and spend time with her three sisters.

Loree is one of our friendly faces at the front desk that brings over 20 years of experience from a Women’s Health reception and clinical setting. From the time you call to the time you leave the practice, she is very dedicated to giving our patients the ultimate level of excellence. Loree is an integral part of helping our office run smoothly and is committed to making our patients feel comfortable. In her free time, she loves spending time with her two grown children, fishing, getting muddy on the UTV trails, and walking her two dogs, Baylee and Mazie.

Kate has been a medical assistant for over 10 years, bringing a wide range of experience in family practice, OB/GYN, and now plastic surgery. She especially enjoys working in the OR with Dr. Parkins and assisting in labiaplasty procedures. Building trust and forming connections with patients is her favorite part of the job. Outside of work, Kate is married with three children and two big dogs she adores. An avid distance runner, she runs six days a week and also teaches fitness classes at the WAC Lake Country, one of her biggest passions. In her free time, she loves being with her family, spending time on the water in the summer, and enjoying the outdoors through family walks, bike rides, and hiking.

Molly is the Marketing and Leads Specialist at Parkins Plastic Surgery. A proud Lake Country native, she brings a warm, authentic approach to connecting with patients and our social media audience. With a background in marketing and a passion for empowering others, she’s excited to be part of a team that prioritizes confidence, care, and community. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her enjoying time on the water, out for a walk, or reading a book!

Michelle is the Practice Manager at Parkins Plastic Surgery. Originally from the Northwoods, she brings a grounded, approachable style to both patient care and team leadership. With a background that blends clinical experience and business operations, she’s passionate about creating seamless, supportive experiences for patients while keeping the practice running smoothly behind the scenes. Known for her problem-solving skills and energy, Michelle thrives in fast-paced environments where care and connection matter most. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family, painting, and enjoying the outdoors.

With a background as a licensed esthetician and a passion for patient care, Berenice brings warmth and professionalism to her role at the front desk. She’s dedicated to making every patient feel welcomed, informed, and supported. Berenice values building genuine connections and believes that a friendly, personalized touch makes all the difference in creating a positive experience. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time near the water, exploring psychology, and making memories with her family.
