What is HydraFacial^®?

HydraFacial^® is a treatment regimen that produces clear, younger-looking skin right away, with no downtime. We tailor each session to suit the patient’s needs, allowing for safe treatment of any skin type. It treats hyperpigmentation, skin texture, congested and enlarged pores, fine lines, and wrinkles.

It is less aggressive than a chemical peel and does not involve downtime or peeling. It is gentler and more effective than microdermabrasion. HydraFacial^® uses the patented Vortex-Fusion system allowing deeper penetration for delivery of its active ingredient.

The second step cleans and exfoliates the skin, after which we apply a light acid peel. This is not a typical chemical peel. Instead, it’s a blend of salicylic and glycolic acid, which dissolves the damaged, dead skin layers with minimal discomfort.

The vortex-extraction nozzle removes dirt, debris, and oil from the pores. There is no squeezing or popping here, like extractions in a typical facial. Additionally, there is less chance of an infection or relapse. Think of it as a vacuum to clean out your pores.
