An extended brachioplasty down to her hip helped this patient in her mid-40's removed excess skin and tissue after losing over 100lbs! By removed the excess skin along her lateral chest wall, she was able to achieve similar aesthetic results as a fleur-de-lis incision tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) without the scar along her abdomen. She is now four months post-op and looks fantastic!
