This patient in her mid-50's set up a consultation with Dr. Maida Parkins to discuss her aesthetic concerns regarding her excess skin after losing over 100lbs! During her consultation, they discussed her options and created a custom surgical plan to move forward. In the end, they decided that a breast lift with fat transfer (along with excision of excess axillary skin, and a fleur-de-lis tummy tuck) would give her the aesthetic results she was looking for.
